Eligibility for Return & Refund
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only in the case of:
- Physical damage or breakage during delivery.
- Wrong product received.
- Once we will approved the refund we will credit the amount in customer with in 5-7 working days. (With in India)
Steps to Request a Return
- Inspect the Product Immediately – Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it thoroughly.
- Notify Us Within 24 Hours of Noticing an Issue – If you find the product damaged or incorrect, email us at [info@homedropbazaar.com] within 24 hours.
- Provide Proof of Issue – Share clear images and unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect item, including its packaging, to help us process your request quickly.
- Once we will received the return products, we will inspect the products , If everything is clear. We will re- deliver replace products 5-7 working days.
Return Process
- Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
- A replacement will be sent for the returned item at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a store credit or refund based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as expected.”
- Any claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Products without proper proof of damage or incorrect delivery will not qualify.
